Revenue Dashboard - Wallet
In the revenue dashboard, you can access various details related to your earnings.
This includes your wallet balance, which shows your available earnings in the currency of your tiers.
You can also view your future earnings under “not yet available” section. It takes 2 full month for the money to become available.
After you initiate a payout, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the payment to be fully processed and credited in the payment method you have selected.

In the "Payments" tab, you can find the list of withdrawals you requested including the date, amount, currency and status.
Please note that the payout processing time may take between 3 to 5 business days to complete.
Revenue Dashboard - Payout Status
The status of each payout attempt will be provided. Here are the definitions for the various payout attempt statuses:
Initiated: Your withdrawal is currently being processed and typically, funds are expected to arrive within a timeframe of 3 to 5 business days.
Successful: Winamp has received confirmation from the payout provider that they have received the funds. However, it is important to note that this does not guarantee that the payout has been transferred to the linked bank account of the provider. If your payout status is showing as successful, but you haven't received the funds yet, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided below.
Failed: We have received a notification from the payment provider indicating that there was an error encountered during the payout process. To address these issues, you may perform troubleshooting steps on your payout.
Revenue Dashboard - Troubleshooting payouts
Payments may experience delays due to two factors: holidays and incorrect account details. If it has been more than 5 days since you processed your payout, and no holidays are occurring, it is recommended to contact your bank to check if there are any pending deposits on their end.
In case you have already linked a bank account, there's a possibility that the bank account information provided may not be accurate. In such cases, you can reach out to Winamps' Customer Support Department via (link).
