What if I am not receiving the one – time password mail?

Please perform the following checks before requesting the one-time password mail.

  • Ensure you have good network coverage

  • Check your spam settings

  • Make sure the email address you provided is valid

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder and other folders like Promotions/Social/Updates

  • Make sure you have sufficient inbox storage space to allow new messages to be received

  • Still no one-time password (OTP)?

Restart your device & request an OTP again.
