Before trying to upload an image, make sure that you've saved it under one of the supported file formats. As good practice, always go for the best quality you can provide.

Quality of images. Images may not be any of the following: blurry, pixelated, mismatched, cut, misaligned, rotated, stretched, or have any other quality issues.

Dimensions and file format. The images must accomplish with all following requirements: 3000 x 3000 px, JPG, PNG, GIF, ART, MOV, MP4 & Maximum size of 36 MB.
