What if I am not receiving the one-time password (OTP mail)?
Please perform the following checks before requesting the one-time password mail.

Make sure the email address you provided is valid

Check your Spam/Junk folder and other folders like Promotions/Social/Updates

Make sure you have sufficient inbox storage space to allow new messages to be received

Still no one-time password (OTP)? Then, restart your device and request for OTP again
